No. Monthly payments are instalments for a minimum one-year commitment, not a month-to-month membership. You must sign a non-cancellable one-year contract and pay all scheduled instalments. The same condition applies to the semi-annual payment plan.
No contract is required for the annual prepaid payment option. The fee is paid in advance for the annual program. Brokerage policies, regulatory requirements and service terms still apply. Refund or transfer requests are subject to Save Max’s applicable terms; no refund entitlement is promised here.
Pro includes professional staging for 5 occupied homes; vacant homes are excluded. Elite includes unlimited professional staging for occupied, vacant and luxury homes up to $250,000 in annual GCI. All Elite included services are available only up to that GCI limit. Availability, scheduling, geographic limits and usage guidelines apply.
Pro includes listing photography and a full virtual tour package to showcase the property; drone services are excluded. An agent walkthrough video is available at an additional charge. Elite includes listing photography and a full premium / high-end virtual tour package, including drone services, within its $250,000 annual GCI service limit. All amounts are in Canadian dollars and exclude applicable taxes. Select: $10,000 annually prepaid; $5,500 × 2 semi-annual payments, six months apart ($11,000 total); or $1,000 × 12 monthly payments ($12,000 total). Pro: $20,000 annually prepaid; $11,000 × 2 semi-annual payments, six months apart ($22,000 total); or $2,000 × 12 monthly payments ($24,000 total). Elite: $50,000 annually prepaid; $30,000 × 2 semi-annual payments, six months apart ($60,000 total); or $5,000 × 12 monthly payments ($60,000 total).
Semi-annual and monthly plans require a signed, non-cancellable one-year contract. These are payment plans, not month-to-month memberships. Agents remain responsible for all payments over the committed year. No contract is required for annual prepaid payment. Annual prepayment covers the annual program; brokerage policies, regulatory requirements and applicable service terms remain in effect.

A $250 fee applies per transaction once annual GCI reaches $100,000 for Select, $150,000 for Pro or $250,000 for Elite. GCI means gross commission income before fees, expenses and taxes. Paid advertising and third-party media budgets are billed separately; premium upgrades and services outside the stated package are extra unless expressly included. No desk fees. No hidden fees. The annual GCI thresholds above determine when transaction fees apply. Save Max may review annual production and request reasonable documentation to confirm eligibility and the applicable fees. Elite’s included services are available only up to $250,000 in annual GCI. This limit applies to the Elite package’s included services, including staging, virtual tours, feature sheets, flyers, videos and promotion. Services beyond this GCI limit require separate arrangements confirmed with Save Max; the $250 transaction fee does not extend the included service allowance. All services are subject to availability, scheduling requirements, geographic and service-area limitations, brokerage policies and applicable package terms. Pro includes professional staging for 5 occupied homes; vacant homes are excluded. Its virtual tour package includes listing photography and a virtual tour, excluding drone services. Agent walkthrough videos are available at an additional charge under Pro.** Elite includes unlimited professional staging for occupied, vacant and luxury homes, plus listing photography and full premium / high-end virtual tours including drone services, only up to $250,000 annual GCI. Photo counts, detailed deliverables, scheduling and usage guidelines must be confirmed with Save Max before booking. Enhanced services and optional upgrades may be billed separately.
Pro includes 10 feature-sheet sets per listing, each containing 12 sheets measuring 8 × 11 inches; 500 postcard-size flyers per month; and up to 5 social media videos of 30 seconds each. Elite includes 25 premium feature-sheet booklets per listing, each containing 12 pages; 2,500 postcard-size flyers per month; and unlimited social media videos and promotion within the $250,000 annual GCI service limit. All Elite included services are available only up to that GCI limit. Service guidelines apply. Organic promotion uses applicable Save Max channels. Paid advertising and media budgets are billed separately.
